At 02LAXVANA Hotels & Suites, we prioritize exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy is structured to ensure transparency while balancing business operations. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for our hotel accommodations, restaurant and bar services, and pool lounge reservations.
1. Hotel Accommodation (Room Bookings & Reservations)
Cancellations & Refunds:
Guests may cancel their room reservations at least 24 hours before their check-in time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 1 to 12 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows (failure to check in without prior cancellation) will not be eligible for refunds.
Early Check-Outs & Unused Nights:
Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date may not receive a refund for unused nights. However, management may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to room demand and availability.
Modification of Booking Dates:
Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be adjusted at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled check-in.
2. Restaurant & Bar (Food Orders & Reservations)
Dine-In Orders:
Once an order is placed and prepared, it is non-refundable.
If an error occurs due to the restaurant (e.g., wrong order served), we will replace the meal at no additional cost.
Takeout & Delivery Orders:
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 minutes of placing an order.
Refunds will not be processed once the meal is prepared and dispatched.
If an order is incorrect or does not meet quality standards, customers must report the issue within 30 minutes of receiving the order for a possible replacement.
Event/Party Reservations at the Restaurant & Bar:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
3. Pool Lounge Access & Reservations
General Pool Access:
Guests staying at the hotel enjoy free access to the pool lounge.
External guests who purchase a pool access pass are non-refundable once entry is granted.
Private Pool Lounge Bookings:
Cancellations made 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the check-in are non-refundable.
4. Special Packages & Promotions
All promotional offers, holiday packages, and exclusive deals are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If a cancellation request is made before the package is activated, guests may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to management approval.
5. Payment Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other emergencies, refunds and rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
