1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests.

2. Guest Conduct & Room Use

Guests must maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect others’ comfort.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A fine will apply for violations.

Damage to hotel property will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

Do not move or remove furniture, appliances, or decor from the rooms.

3. Safety & Security

The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Use in-room safes for valuables.

Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for security reasons.

Fire exits and hallways must remain clear at all times.

Tampering with the fire alarm system or emergency equipment is a serious offense and will result in penalties.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment must be settled at check-in or as per reservation terms.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty charges.

Refund policies depend on the hours of cancelation (Full-refund, Half-refund, & non-refundable).

5. Housekeeping & Hygiene

Housekeeping service is available daily; please inform reception if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Cooking or preparing food in rooms using personal appliances is not allowed.

Trash should be disposed of in designated bins.

6. Facilities & Amenities

Guests are responsible for keeping pool, and other shared areas clean after use.

Towels and bed linens should not be taken out of the room.

Any extra amenities used beyond the provided ones may incur additional charges.

7. Alcohol, Drugs & Unlawful Activities

Illegal substances and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

Engaging in illegal activities within the hotel premises will result in immediate eviction and law enforcement notification.

8. Pets & Animals

Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by management.

9. Emergency Protocols

In case of fire or emergency, remain calm and follow evacuation instructions from staff.

Report any suspicious activities or security concerns immediately to hotel management.
